Deputy injured, three charged after Sodus incident

An investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office led to the arrest of three individuals on Friday at 3 am on Mill St. in Sodus. They were called to the scene in Sodus for a ‘suspicious condition’ and after they arrived — deputies began interviewing an individual identified as 23-year-old Daniel Dasius, who matched the description of the complaint. Wayne County man injured by own Jeep in driveway

Sheriff’s deputies in Wayne County say a 23-year-old man was injured by his own Jeep Sunday morning when the emergency break failed. A Sodus pair has been charged in the death of a horse, according to deputies in Wayne County. Amanda Mills, 28, and Steven Jernigan, 40, are facing charges in the case, which were made official on Tuesday.
