25-year-old charged with disseminating indecent materials to 12-year-old Cayuga County child

Sheriff David Gould reports that last Thursday, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation into an allegation that an adult male from Syracuse had been engaging in inappropriate online contact with a 12-year-old child from Cayuga County. Multiple bridges in Finger Lakes to receive funding this year

Some bridges in desperate need of repair in the Finger Lakes region will finally see some work. A package was announced by Gov. Andrew Cuomo to replace and repair 23 bridges and culverts in the region. Multiple departments respond to fire at Auburn-area home
Multiple emergency agencies were called Monday evening to the scene of a fire at a Throop residence. Crews were dispatched at 5:54 p.m to 7463 Day Road near North Division Street Road.
