78-year-old ejected from moped in Barrington crash

A 78-year-old Dundee man was transported to Geneva General Hospital after an accident on State Rt. 230 in Barrington on Saturday. The crash involved a moped, which deputies say Alfred Lawrence, of Dundee was operating. Deputies say that Lawrence was traveling eastbound and went off the south shoulder of the roadway around 3 pm.
