Rushville man charged with felony DWI in Seneca Falls

On Wednesday at 4:08 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Carl E. White, 53, of Rushville following a traffic stop on Fall Street. While absentee ballots could change the results from election night, it appears Todd Casella has unseated incumbent Valerie Gardner in the race for Yates County district attorney.
