Deputies: Canandaigua man made fraudulent transactions at Walmart

A Canandaigua man is facing charges after deputies say he completed fraudulent transactions. According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 32-year-old Steven Giese selected merchandise from the Canandaigua Walmart between December 9 and December 21 and returned the merchandise for cash.
