A Wayne County company has been selected to receive a $600,000 grant from the state Regional Economic Development Council program to help with its planned $9.25 million expansion. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Ontario man early-Sunday following a domestic incident. Samuel W. Patskin, 22, of Ontario Center Road, was arrested after allegedly punching and obstructing the breathing of another person.
