Clyde man charged with shoplifting in Seneca Falls
On Sunday at 4:23 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Robert A. Lauster, 28, of Clyde following a shoplifting complaint. Lauster was observed by employees at the Wal-Mart Supercenter concealing merchandise, then passing all points of sale with no attempt at rendering payment. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the conclusion of a months-long investigation into the sale of narcotic drugs in Lyons. Deputies arrested Sandy Martinez, 36, of Clyde on two counts of their-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
