The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the conclusion of a months-long investigation into the sale of narcotic drugs in Lyons.
Deputies arrested Sandy Martinez, 36, of Clyde on two counts of their-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
All four are Class B felonies, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Martinez was arraigned in Newark and released on her own recognizance to answer the charges at a later date in Lyons Town Court.
