Clyde-Savannah’s magical season ends with loss in state quarterfinals

Clyde-Savannah knew it was in for a challenge against Maple Grove, the state runner-up a year ago, but the Golden Eagles found out the hard way just how good the Red Dragons are Friday.

Maple Grove had over 450 yards rushing and the only the time the starters didn’t score was at the end of the first half when they started the drive with 44 seconds left.
