Waterloo man charged with felony for allegedly violating protection order in Auburn
A Waterloo man was charged Tuesday for allegedly violating a stay-away order of protection on a woman in Auburn, according to the Auburn Police Department. Joseph T. Wendt, 38, 1135 Hecker Road, Waterloo, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony.
