Jennifer Grifa graduated from Waterloo High School in 1993.
As of May 10, she’ll be back as the school district’s assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction.
Now Jennifer Hayden, she was hired by the school board April 10. She succeeds Jonathan Nicoletti, who left before the school year began.
Her salary will be $100,000.
Hayden received an undergraduate degree in psychology and a certificate in elementary education from the State University College at Potsdam in 1998. She earned a master’s degree in reading from Potsdam in 2000, graduating with honors. She later received a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Administration from the State University College at Oswego in 2009. While at Oswego, she earned the Marian Beauchamp Schoenheit Award for demonstrating high standards and practices in supervision for the improvement of instruction.
