Lyons man accused of stealing handicapped ramp for veterans

A Lyons man has been arrested, accused of stealing and scrapping an aluminum handicapped ramp for veterans. Deputies say the ramp was owned by the Lyons Elks Lodge, to be used for veterans with disabilities.
