On May 21st Troopers arrested a Huron man following a traffic stop after they say he failed to dim his headlights.
Andrew T. Fusilli, 44, of Huron was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content greater than .08 percent, criminal possession of a controlled substance, speeding, failure to signal properly and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate.
He was charged with a number of other violations, as well.
Police say Fusilli was observed traveling on Ridge Rd. while failing to dim his headlights. Troopers continued to follow him, where they came across his car off the roadway on Sunset Lane.
He was placed under arrest after failing multiple standard field sobriety tests. Troopers also found drugs on Fusilli after a subsequent search.
Fusilli was transported to State Police Woloctt where he provided a breath sample, which tested out to .13 percent blood-alcohol content.
He was released with uniform traffic tickets and will return to Huron Town Court on June 12th to answer the charges.
