Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts says that a 29-year-old Lyons man was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, as well as third-degree assault after an alleged incident with his wife. Deputies arrested Joshua D. Partridge, 29, of Lyons after a physical altercation with his wife, which resulted in her being physically injured. Her condition is unknown.
