On Wednesday at 9:15 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jessica Hussey, age 23 of 2 Layton Street in Lyons, on an an Arrest Warrant for Robbery 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony, Grand Larceny 4th, Conspiracy 4th, and Criminal Obstruction of Breath/Blood Flow.
The charges stem from an incident that happened in December of 2015 on Haigh Street in Seneca Falls. Hussey is accused to have acted with Jessica Foulkrod to forcibly steal a 25 year old male subject’s wallet containing currency.
Hussey was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.00 cash/$10,000.00 insurance bond and is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 11/7/2016 at 5:00 pm. Foulkrod was previously charged by Town Police with the same charges on December 28th, 2015.
