Deputies in Wayne County report the arrest of a Lyons man on a variety of charges after a domestic dispute.
Deputies say that Joshua D. Partridge, 29, of Lyons was arrested on December 4th for first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief after that domestic incident.
He was arraigned in Wayne County and remanded to the jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 secured bond. Partridge will answer the charges in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
