Wayne County: Two empty barges, each 220 feet in length, are pushed by Tugboat CMT Otter into Lock 27 in Lyons earlier today. Just a few days ago, the barges, enroute to Rochester and loaded with six Genesee fermentation vats from China, docked overnight at this same location.
