Geneva woman accused of slashing tires in Wayne Co.
A 22-year-old Geneva woman has been accused of slashing tires in the Town of Arcadia. Deputies with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest over the weekend after a warrant was issued. A Rochester man was charged Jan. 10 with driving while intoxicated/drugs, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said. Justin D. Manley, 21, was stopped by deputies on Old Lyons Road in the town of Arcadia. Subsequent to an investigation, he was additionally charged with having inadequate headlights and unlawful possession of marijuana.
