A Rochester man was charged Jan. 10 with driving while intoxicated/drugs, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Justin D. Manley, 21, was stopped by deputies on Old Lyons Road in the town of Arcadia. Subsequent to an investigation, he was additionally charged with having inadequate headlights and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was issued appearance tickets for Arcadia Town Court and released.
