A Marion woman was charged Jan. 13 with aggravated driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, moving from lane unsafely, improper right turn and failure to keep right, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies said.
Christy Switzer, 39, was charged following a traffic stop on Cory Hill Road. She was allegedly found to have a blood-alcohol content of .20 percent, deputies said.
She was issued appearance tickets for Marion Town Court and released.
