Deputies: Arcadia pair sold heroin out of daycare

Two Arcadia women are accused of selling heroin from a home, which was also a daycare.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that Erin Siler, 34, and Sheila Detaeye, 52, sold heroin out of a home on Arcadia Zurich Norris Road. Undercover officers went to the home on multiple occasions buying heroin from the two women.

On one occasion children were present when a heroin sale took place.

Both were charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy. The Sheriff’s Office also reports that the daycare was not listed as an official facility, as per New York State.

The pair will answer the charges at a later date. They were remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of bail.
