A 37-year-old Newark woman was arrested in Ontario County after stealing a little more than $100 worth of merchandise from the Geneva Walmart. Sheriff: Newark residents provided false information during Tyre accident investigation

Deputies say a Newark duo was charged with falsely reporting an incident after an accident at the intersection of State Routes 414 and 318 late-last month. Sacha Santana, 32, and Richard Barnes, 34, were each charged with one count of third-degree falsely reporting an incident.
