Ovid man violates family court order, charged with contempt

Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce says a 51-year-old Ovid man was arrested on multiple charges following the violation of a family court order. David J. Corning, 51, of Ovid was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and unlawful possession of marijuana. Sheriff Tim Luce provided an update on Monday to the structure fire, which prompted a response from around Southern Seneca County on Friday. Deputies were dispatched to 9180 Rhodes Road around 12:16 p.m. on Friday for a reported structure fire at the Lodi residence.
