Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce says a 51-year-old Ovid man was arrested on multiple charges following the violation of a family court order.
David J. Corning, 51, of Ovid was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Deputies report that Corning allegedly violated a lawfully Court order issued by Seneca County Family Court and was also allegedly in possession of a small amount of marihuana.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Ovid Court at a later date to answer the charges.
