Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce reports the arrest of an Endicott man at the del Lago Resort & Casino following an incident involving a vehicle. Investigators arrested Joseph J. Wahl, 76, of Endicott on the charge of third-degree criminal mischief after intentionally damaging a vehicle at the casino. Wahl was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Tyre Town Court. more
