Police say a Waterloo man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident that took place at 400 W. Main St. on January 19th.
The Waterloo Police Department says Damon M. Moody was charged with second-degree menacing, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal possession of a controlled substance after speaking with witnesses of the incident.
Moody is accused of attempting to use a kitchen knife during a domestic altercation with a family member after consuming crack and cocaine.
He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and released. He will appear in Waterloo Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.
