Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce reports the arrest of a 28-year-old Geneva woman following an investigation executed by the Seneca County Narcotics Unit.
Kimberly R. Keller, 28, of Geneva was arrested following an investigation into the possession and trafficking of ‘crack’ cocaine within the community.
The investigation concluded with a traffic stop executed on State Route 5&20 in Waterloo. At the time of the stop, Luce says that investigators seized multiple baggies of suspected ‘crack’ cocaine and currency.
There were also two young children present in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop.
Keller was charged with one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, and one count of aggravated unlicensed operation.
She was arraigned in Tyre Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in court on February 21st.
Sheriff Luce says Child Protective Services was notified of the incident. The Geneva Police Department and members of the road patrol unit assisted, as well.
