In another update on Thursday, investigators in Ontario County have arrested a 20-year-old Canandaigua man on arson charges following a West Bloomfield fire. Joseph P. Conlon, 20, was charged with fourth-degree arson and arraigned in Richmond Town Court. He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail after arraignment.
