A 41-year-old East Bloomfield man faces multiple charges, including aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at the intersection of State Route 5&20 and Parrrish Street.
Derrick A. Aycock, 41, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop where deputies stopped him for failing to keep right. Deputies say they observed his truck cross the center line of the roadway several times.
Deputies discovered that Aycock was in an intoxicated condition at the time of the stop, and subsequently arrested him on a number of DWI-related charges.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, having a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or higher, and failure to keep right.
The charges will be answered in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
