Ithaca Police are searching for a man accused in an armed bank robbery. Police say it happened around 6:00 p.m. on Thursday night at the Tompkins Trust Company on South Meadow Street in Ithaca. Deputies arrested a 39-year-old Ithaca man in Waterloo after a traffic stop. Joseph A. Fenton, 39, is accused of possessing Buprenorphine, also known as Suboxone, after a traffic stop where he is accused of traveling 60 mph in a 30 mph zone.
