Deputies arrested a 39-year-old Ithaca man in Waterloo after a traffic stop.
Joseph A. Fenton, 39, is accused of possessing Buprenorphine, also known as Suboxone, after a traffic stop where he is accused of traveling 60 mph in a 30 mph zone.
He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as ticketed on the traffic violations.
He is being held at the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
