The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office says that one person was pronounced dead at the scene of a boat accident after being thrown overboard late-Thursday. The incident happened on Waneta Lake around 8:07 pm and two other individuals were transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital for treatment.
