On Saturday around 4:16 pm deputies responded to a single-car rollover on State Route 64 at the intersection of County Rd. 34 in South Bristol.
Deputies say the operated of the vehicle was identified as Kevin T. Smith, a Penfield resident. He was operating his 2006 Nissan on Route 64 when he traveled off the shoulder of the roadway and into the ditch, causing the vehicle to overturn.
Smith was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries, according to deputies.
