Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce reports the arrest of a Seneca County Correctional Facility prisoner for promoting prison contraband. Luce says Tyler J. Lambert, 20, was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana. On December 13th around 8:20 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Bromka Road near Log City Road. The vehicle’s operator, Daniel M.
