Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce reports the arrest of a Seneca County Correctional Facility prisoner for promoting prison contraband. Luce says Tyler J. Lambert, 20, was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana. On December 13th around 8:20 pm, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Bromka Road near Log City Road. The vehicle’s operator, Daniel M. Barton, 53, of Romulus was eastbound on Bromka Road when he crashed into the ditch. Upon further investigation Deputies determined that Barton was intoxicated, and was arrested for DWI.
