Seneca County Sheriff Tim Luce reports the arrest of a Seneca County Correctional Facility prisoner for promoting prison contraband.
Luce says Tyler J. Lambert, 20, was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He is accused of possessing marijuana and a lighter on December 10th while incarcerated at the facility.
This incident was due to a ‘shake down’ conducted by an alert Correction Officer, who noted the smell of burned marijuana.
Lambert was issued appearance tickets to answer the charge at a later date.
