Deputies arrested a Clyde man in the Town of Tyre when he was found to be in possession of a stemmed plant, which would later be identified as marijuana. Deputies in Wayne County report that a 37-year-old Clyde man has been charged following a domestic dispute on Christmas Eve. Sheriff Barry Virts says that Shawn D. Ketcham, 37, of Clyde was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief following a domestic dispute.
