Clyde man arrested for criminal marijuana possession in Tyre

Deputies arrested a Clyde man in the Town of Tyre when he was found to be in possession of a stemmed plant, which would later be identified as marijuana.

The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on November 28th at 5:00 pm deputies arrested Marty Dunn, 45, of Clyde in the Town of Tyre. He was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree — a Class A misdameanor.

The arrest stemmed from a complaint and when deputies made contact with Dunn they found the quantity of marijuana inside his vehicle. Dunn is to appear before the Tyre Town Court on December 14th to answer the charges
