Watkins Glen senior Patrick Hazlitt finished in 16 minutes, 56.6 seconds to win the Interscholastic Athletic Conference South Divisional championship meet Tuesday at Newark Valley. The South Seneca girls soccer team locked up its second Wayne Finger Lakes league title Wednesday night in a 4-3 overtime win against Honeoye.
