Watkins Glen senior Patrick Hazlitt finished in 16 minutes, 56.6 seconds to win the Interscholastic Athletic Conference South Divisional championship meet Tuesday at Newark Valley.
Hazlitt’s finish helped the Senecas to a team title. They finished with 20 points, 10 ahead of runner-up Elmire Notre Dame.
