The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two residents following an investigation into an incident in Ovid. Deputies say that Christine M. Collins, 46, of Romulus and Steven M. Update: Power was restored to customers in Ovid around 2 am, according to those on the scene. The problem, which was originally reported to be at, or very-near the Spring Street substation, was actually found to be an issue in a nearby field. Reports indicate that a transformer issue in Ovid resulted in over 1,700 customers being left without power... more
