The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two residents following an investigation into an incident in Ovid.
Deputies say that Christine M. Collins, 46, of Romulus and Steven M. Bennett, 36, of Lodi were charged with one count of third-degree criminal trespass.
The pair allegedly entered a locked business in the Town of Ovid after hours and remained unlawfully, setting off a security alarm and were located inside the building when deputies arrived.
Both were released on appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
