The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested a Lyons man after he left a child alone while his significant other was at work.
Deputies say Anthony T. Nelson, 29, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, and arraigned in Galen Town Court after leaving the child alone for more than three hours.
Nelson is accused of leaving the child in a play pen for more than three hours, which prompted the arrest.
He will answer the charge at a later date.
