The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that a 41-year-old Lyons woman now faces assault charges after an incident on August 25th.
Jennifer M. Rogers, 41, of Lyons was charged with third-degree assault after a call for family trouble at a residence in Lyons.
Rogers is accused of striking her boyfriend several times during an incident, causing physical injury. Rogers was arrested and arraigned in Rose Town Court.
She was committed to the Wayne County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.
The victim was checked over at the scene by Lyons EMS and released.
