Deputies say a 24-year-old Ontario man was arrested after an incident in Ontario on Sunday.
Brent A. Ziegler, 24, of Ontario was taken into custody and charged with petit larceny, as well as endangering the welfare of a child after an incident at a local supermarket.
Ziegler was apprehended by a Tops Store Manager after he was observed exiting the store with four, 10-packs of Monster brand energy drinks. Deputies say Ziegler had a 10-year-old male with him at the time of the incident, who was released to another family member.
Ziegler was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and released on appearance tickets.
