Deputies in Ontario County say that on Friday around 12:08 am they were called to State Route 444 in East Bloomfield for a reported suspicious person who called 911 from that location reporting that there were police at her residence in Canandaigua.
There were no police units on Cooley Rd., according to deputies. When they arrived they discovered the complaintant, identified as Debra Bidwell, 52, of Canandaigua had left the area.
She was later located and was found to be intoxicated.
Bidwell was charged with driving while intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated per se.
The charges will be answered at a later date in Canandaigua Town Court.
