Deputies in Ontario County say that 21-year-old Tyler D. Byington, of Rochester was arrested for third-degree burglary after he allegedly forcibly entered a garage on County Road 4 in Canandaigua on December 5th.
Deputies say he stole tools from inside the garage. He was released on his own recognizance and will answer the charges in Canandaigua Town Court.
