The Waterloo Police Department reports on Thursday at 2:36 pm Brandy L. Alicea, 29, of Waterloo was arrested for second-degree criminal contempt.
The arrest stems from an incident occurring in a Village of Waterloo business parking lot where Alicea was observed talking to an individual who currently has a class A order of protection against Alicea.
Alicea was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 bail $1,000
bond. Alicea is scheduled to reappear in the Village of Waterloo Court at later date.
