New York State Police say a 26-year-old Newark man has been arrested after he allegedly stole a diamond engagement ring from the residence of a family member.
State Police report that Zachary R. Patanzo, 26, of Newark was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after allegedly stealing a diamond engagement ring from a family member in Lyons while residing at the home. He was charged with one count of grand larceny, and arraigned Lyons Town Court before Justice Hartwell.
He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in court again on December 23rd.
