A Naples man was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital after an accident in Ontario County where he was later charged with driving while intoxicated.
Deputies say that Dakota Alen Burgess, 22, of Naples was charged with driving while intoxicated in the Town of Richmond following an accident. Burgess was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by Richmond Ambulance for treatment.
He’ll answer the charges at a later date in Richmond Town Court. No further information about the incident was available.
