A former Boy Scouts employee is facing child porn charges, according to federal prosecutors. Russell Ruth, 34, of Lyons is charged with possession of child pornography. State, local officials left reeling as Feher customers leave garbage at Waterloo location
Officials throughout Seneca County have been reeling since the abrupt closure of Feher Rubbish. The company’s Border City location in Waterloo on State Route 5&20 had to be blocked after angry customers began leaving their garbage and totes at the shuttered site last week.
